Wednesday 25th November 2015 Talk.

All talks are held in the Llantonian Hall just off Boverton Road, behind the library at the back of the Rugby Club car park.

All of our talks are free and everyone is welcome - members and non members. Tea and biscuits will be available!

This month's talk is "The Heritage Coast Through The Eyes Of A Ranger", an illustrated talk by Helen Mills.

Helen is an Area Ranger and has enjoyed spending the last nine years working at the Glamorgan Heritage Coast and she will be sharing her experiences with the society. Her illustrated talk will include the wildlife, geology, ecology, and management of this stretch of the coastline. It was awarded Heritage Coast status in 1972 and consists of dramatic cliffs, amazing rock formations and the biggest sand dune in Europe, backed by rolling countryside that stretches fourteen miles from Aberthaw to Porthcawl in the West.

We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday!
