Our committee work tirelessly to make members of Llantwit Major Horticultural Society feel welcomed, informed and engaged and your membership should give you a lot of benefits, opportunities and a sense of community. 

From our monthly newsletter reminding you of events in the locality and our expertly managed store to our guest speakers, summer show, coach trips and more - we like to think we have it all! However, all your feedback helps our committee continue to come up with new ideas, new topics, new products and new places to go - if you want to see something in particular.....share it with us! 

When joining the society you’ll be prompted on your membership form to include an email address as well as your other contact details, and by doing so, you will be signing up to our monthly newsletter, packed with information. From store updates to spaces available on coach trips, from bedding plant order forms to pictures from our summer show, the newsletter not only keeps you up to date with what’s going on in the society, but the locality too. We are avid supporters of local ventures and projects associated with gardening, nature, wildlife and the surrounding area and we aim to keep you informed about everything going on on the doorstep, and further afield in the Vale.

Our society newsletter is issued to our subscribers monthly on the first Monday following the committee meeting via Mailchimp. When you sign up via your membership form, you will receive the next month’s newsletter direct to your inbox, just please remember to add llantwitmajorhortsoc@gmail.com to your contacts and check your junk/spam folders for emails that have gone astray!
