That’s right, after countless years of lists, paper copies of forms, more Excel spreadsheets than plants in the garden and a sterling effort from all of our Membership Secretaries, we are finally going digital! 

In November we will be pressing the “go live” button on our new digital membership list hosted by Membermojo.

This will mark a year anniversary of work from a subcommittee tasked with finding the most appropriate and cost effective digital membership tracker to suit the society needs and we’re very excited for the future proofing this brings us. 

We are also bringing in a new email address which will be used purely for membership queries: llantwitmajorhortsoc.membership@gmail.com

This will allow us to communicate with members in bulk surrounding subscription renewals and keep our committee processes streamline and accessible.
