Constitution amendment proposal.

To amend paragraph 4 of the Constitution which states The Officers of the Society shall be a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary. No persons shall hold more than one office at a time.

Only if the situation arises when no member comes forward to fill vacant posts. It is proposed to amend clause 4 to read:

4. The Officers of the Society shall be a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary In the discretion of the committee that any Officer of the Committee can hold 2 posts until the next AGM is held.
